Wigston Bathrooms

"Looks like it is permanently closed, the retail space is no longer there, so no point in going to the location."

"Had shower cubicle and toilet fitted at great expense. Have issues with both due to sloppy work. Asked this to be rectified but had no response. Also waited all day for the fitter to come and finish job and no one turned up and no communication. I cannot recommend this company"

"Fitted my mums bathroom but it flooded 18 months later. Called a reputable plumber who wouldn’t touch it as it was fitted incorrectly. Paul promised us he would fix it and wouldn’t leave my mum without a fully working toilet. Turned up one day to take photos but he purposely lifted the pipe up that was the issue. Clearly just wanted a photo to look like it was fitted properly to cover his back. He then didn’t turn up when he said he would to fix it, blocked my mums number and wouldn’t answer my calls. Left a pensioner without a working toilet and couldn’t care less. Sounds like the person who left the review about their tiles had a very similar experience. These people are not qualified plumbers and just fitters. I would avoid them at all costs. Needless to say, Trading Standards have been contacted!!"

"Originally gave 5* review. However; 2 years later the floor tiles with a 15 year guarantee are breaking at the joints. After a number of phone calls they have agreed there is an issue and offered a financial settlement which we reluctantly accepted but not heard or received anything since; this was 4 weeks ago. Advised that the tile company isn't interested; even though they are guaranteed. Unfortunately therefore we are unable to reccomend this company."

"Excellent work done in my new bathroom by Stevie and Alan, exactly as I wanted it done ,wall panels look great, couldn’t find a fault, built in loo and sink are highly recommended.. Kitchen units and sink also look good,I would recommend them to anyone, not forgetting a thank you to Paul."
