"Do not use this company - or any other selling plastic ventilation bricks to resolve damp issues, they do not work. The Smart Dry engineer was courteous. He was responsive to my calls when I wanted to talk through issues about my house. He did not bamboozle me with science nor put me under any pressure to sign up for his product. I liked the concept of using dry bricks rather than injecting chemicals into the house, I felt it was a greener option than the other products available and it also offers a lifetime guarantee. I worried that it would be the most expensive option, but actually it turned out to be slightly cheaper than the other 2 estimates for conventional damp proofing that I took. The engineer was very conscious of the mess that inserting the bricks can create, he damped down the dust with water as he was working and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. However one year later my house is wetter than it was before. The life time guarantee is not underpinned by insurance and therefore not worth the paper it is written on. The one phone number available has an answer machine response advising you to email. No one has responded to my email. The engineer was the most genuine seeming of the 3 people who gave me estimates. I have been thoroughly duped, to the tune of £1,500. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is duplicitous!"

"Installed quickly and professionally. Very pleasant and explained everything that they were doing and how it worked. Cleaned up well. Well done, lads. The bad side is that their customer service is totally useless. Their web site is out of date, their surveyor had failed on 5 occasions to supply details of appropriate paint type so that I can paint the extruding units and am still waiting for the guarantee despite their office saying that they will send it."
