"My experience with Simply Bathrooms in Narborough was nothing short of a massive disappointment. If you are considering using them for your home project, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was terrible. The staff were unhelpful, indifferent, and completely uninterested in providing any meaningful assistance or guidance, and once they have your money, good luck getting anyone to respond to your queries or resolve issues. ​Compounding the poor service, the products themselves are shockingly cheap and flimsy, yet they carry a massive, inflated price tag. You are paying luxury prices for bottom-tier, low-durability materials that feel like they will break within months of daily use. To make matters worse, the physical showroom is tiny, cramped, and pokey, making it nearly impossible to actually see products properly or get a real sense of what anything looks like outside of a cluttered, claustrophobic space. Save your time, stress, and hard-earned money because Simply Bathrooms is certainly not worth your investment."

"The bathroom units purchased from Simply Bathrooms 18 years ago are starting to show their age. I visited Narborough store and spoke to Mark. Although unable to supply the required replacements he carried out a search and, next day, advised me where they were available. Top customer service!"

"Both times I've been here, I've been served by a lovely lady, forgive me but I've forgotten her name but love lady with blonde hair and wears glasses. She is ever so lovely, chatty and very informative. Goes out her way to show us what we wanted in the show rooms. Helped give us advice especially if she used something similar in her house and/or has the same. Helped me sort out a whole bathroom list of what we needed etc. Really good service"

"The staff that work here are half asleep, visited three times now and have been told conflicting information each time. Although they advertise about doing visuals ive been told no each time ive been in, they just seem like they cant be asked to do it."

"After a visit to the Narborough showroom I emailed them a detailed breakdown of our proposed new bathroom, with drawings, even referencing items we wanted in their own catalogue. Most of my email was disregarded with completely wrong items included in the quotation and others completely missed altogether. Needless to say we will not be using them as we can have no confidence in their attention to detail. Utterly shocking way to do business."
