"After a shockingly botched repair job had previously been carried out on a sash window at my flat in Leicester (arranged through my tenants), Andy came to the rescue! He arranged an appointment and stuck to it, with the final price as quoted. Andy scaped off all excess putty, carefully removed the timber beading, measured and replaced the glass, and put everything back properly, including fitting new sash chords, filling damaged areas and touching up paintwork before he left. He really knows his stuff and I would certainly use Andy again!"
