Customer Reviews
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service from SB Building Supplies in Wigston! They have a great range of products, the ordering process is simple and straightforward and their prices are very fair/competitive. A special thank you to Tracie - Business Development Manager, who was incredibly helpful when we needed to make a couple of last-minute amendments to our orders. She was friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. We'll definitely be ordering from SB Building Supplies again—they've become our go-to supplier for all our building materials. Highly recommended!"
"Made an online purchase of several sleepers with a ton of sand, assumed it would take a couple of days. It was at my door with in 16 hours of ordering. Brilliant quality at competitive prices with great customer service and communication. Will certainly be a returning customer in the near future. Many thanks"
"Absolutely outstanding service all round. Within 30 mins of placing my order, I was advised of a delivery date and on the day the driver brought the goods to site and placed them exactly where I needed them. On top of all that, they were the best quality and best price I could find."
"Really great service. Both times I've ordered they've been quick with processing and delivery of my order. Even when they were super busy I was desperate to get the delivery and they managed to make it work for me. Couldn't recommend them enough."
"Great Company, great people, great products and pricing, but the website is absolutely terrible. Otherwise I'd say 5 star. Server is non existent. By far the slowest, most buggy website you'll ever enter. Takes multiple attempts to log in and place an order, which can take over an hour. Unable to order over the phone, so this makes it very difficult to place an order. EDIT: Just spoken to a member of the team. I trust they're doing everything they can to resolve any issues on the website, so hopefully no one else has the same issue. Also now set up an account for me, so I can place orders easily over the phone or whatsapp :)"
