Roof Maker

"I bought 4 rooflights from Roofmaker 5 years ago which have been excellent: well worth the money. One of them started to only work intermittently a few weeks ago. I contacted Customer Support at Roofmaker and spoke to Molly Thomas. She diagnosed the likely cause over the phone and arranged for a new control box to be sent. It was very easy to fit and solved the issue with the rooflight. Great support, thank you. Mick"

"Our driver for roof maker called Dimi was incredible. He took his time to really help make sure that the items were delivered exactly as we wanted and also stuck around for the early part of fitting too. He was really great and is a credit to the company!"

"Great service from first contact to completion. the team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did the work to a high standard. They kept site tidy and stuck to the agreed price. very happy with the result and would happily recommend them."

"Abbs was my first point of contact once I’d chosen a skylight. He replied to my emails the same day and arranged for an external contractor to remove the wooden skylight and dispose of it and for the installation of the new one. The workmen arrived at 8am and left at midday - job done! Thank you Abbs for advising and helping me through the whole process - v much appreciate it."

"Really great experience from start to finish with this company. The team were extremely friendly, professional and always happy to answer any questions along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, keeping everything clear and straightforward. The whole process was smooth, stress free and handled to a very high standard. Really pleased with the service and overall experience. A massive praise to the owner too!"
