"Renata was a joy to deal with . She had a can do attitude at the first call to her for end of tenancy clean. She said everything be fine just send a few photos of the studio apartment in my case. She came back with an immediate price quote. We agreed a date and time . In my case I have a moulting Labrador which does not make cleaning easy. There is a requirement for special things with dogs from my landlord. On the day Renata was friendly but also focused on the task ahead. The clean would take several hours and she would contact me when she approached the end. After several hours she contacted me and said near the end. I had been to Fosse Park dog store for supplies for my lovely dog Flame. I asked Renata to hold my dog outside while I had a quick scout round. The property was sparkling and it was a joy to behold. I gave no concerns in everything being up to scratch when the landlords agents inspect the property. I left the keys on the table and shut the door. I took back possession of my dog from outside the flat. I said to Renata that she had done a wonderful job. Helped her to the downstairs and then returned to pick up a bag of cleaning products that she had bagged up for me. Renata is a joy and a great communicator, hard worker . The flat was in superb condition and as a Google Guide of over seven years and 1.4 million views , I highly recommend Renata.
