"Got Quodox to come out and do EPC & Green Deal report, for my RHI application. They were very prompt and professional whilst taking the booking. The girl on the phone explained the complete assessment process to me from start to finish. She was even able to take the payment, over the phone, which was helpful. I then, received the invoice and all the required paperwork for the assessment via email. I only had to send the pre-visit questionnaire back. On the day of the assessment, the assessor was very polite and acted professional and had fair knowledge of Solar Thermal. He gave me proper advice, on the next steps of claiming RHI. He left promising, that we will have the report within 24 hours, which we did. All in all, an excellent experience. A good & professional company to deal with.
