"From booking the initial survey right through to completion of the woodworm treatment, the process was simple and straightforward. The office staff were able to book in the treatment at short notice to fit our schedule and the two lads that attended (Anthony Wong and Callum Myatt) were polite, friendly and professional. They took care to cover up other workmen’s tools and any potentially sensitive items such as the consumer unit, electricity junction boxes and wool insulation and advised on when the property could be safely accessed again. Good service all round."
"Poor customer service - booked a surveyor to come out, and they did not turn up. I didn't get any communication that the surveyor will not come either. I took a day off work waiting - then the company said the next available date that a surveyor can come is over a week away... It was easy to fix a convenient date for the work (2 days). The guys doing the work were very professional and took care to minimise the disruption and not damage anything.
