"Abysmal service. Phoned on Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday at 2pm, stating that I had another appointment at 3pm. Was asked if I wanted to make payment over the phone or cash and stated cash- rather pleased I did! Called after the appointment wasn’t met, the individual who picked up stated she could only handle calls and would need to arrange a call back. The employee who called me back was beyond rude, stating that the appointment hasn’t been noted as two but any time after two, and stated ‘wasn’t the one who made the appointment’ when I stated I wanted to cancel on the basis I had received poor service. At this point, the employee stated ‘he’s on his way,’ and refused to accept what I was saying. I think for paid appointments, you have to meet the standard on customer service!"
