"Would not trust this company. They made the loft space they were working in unsafe, then blocked or disconnected every contact number we had for them. They gave us countless empty promises and took advantage of an elderly man who struggles to use the stairs. They even had the audacity to ask me to send an email confirming the work was completed and that we were happy, despite the fact the job was left unfinished and unsafe."

"DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT, IDENTITY STEALING, DISHONEST. Fair warning was given to this company prior to writing this review. They have ignored 100+ calls and messages over the last 5 months, after many fake promises. Rana Saad Javed (if that is his real name) came to my property, took all my details, documents, copies of passport, as you'd expect when trying to get verified for the Eco4 grant. He soon after went cold-turkey. Now I'm sat praying I'm not a victim of Identity theft. I have emailed them asking to delete all my data in line with UK GDPR regulations, to no surprise I have not received a response. Id like to assist the others who have left reviews in taking legal action, but I have no means of communicating with you! THEY TAKE ALL YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS AND USE IT FOR IDENTITY THEFT. AND ALSO TO APPLY FOR BANK LOANS. THEY CLONE YOUR IDENTITY TO MAKE APPLICATION TO COME TO UK AS THE CALL CENTRE IS BASED IN LAHORE OR INDIA IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS, PLEASE COMMENT AND COLLECTIVELY WE WILL REPORT THEM TO THR GOVERNMENT GRANT SCHEME. "⚠️ Public Awareness Post – Please Read ⚠️ I want to share my experience with MT ENERGY LIMITED to make others aware. They carried out a full survey at my property and collected personal documents (ID, council tax bills, etc.). I was told multiple works would be completed under a government-funded scheme (vents, fans and other upgrades). However, only TRVs were installed. None of the other promised work was done. Since then, they have stopped answering calls and messages, with no explanation or follow-up. This is very concerning, especially given the documents taken and the incomplete work. I’m sharing this to warn others to be cautious. 📎 I’m also attaching the brochure they provided for transparency.
