"Some of the work Morgan completed was good but he didn't finish the job. The job: install 3 pendant lights, tidy up some old sockets in the wall and link up 2 light switches at each hallway end. Charged £500 for labour and first fix materials (very few needed). Completed light switches and lights, but because the plasterboard cutout was slightly too big for the sockets, he wanted to charge more to finish the job, but this should have been spotted during 1st fix so we could resolve. Job is unfinished. Highly unprofessional. Foolishly paid his invoice early as he asked me to, as I trusted him."
