Map Waste

"We use MAP WASTE for our collections. I have nothing but praise for them, they collect promptly, ensure the area is tidy after the collection. When we need any extra collections, they are always happy to oblige. Everyone I speak to on the phone they are always friendly & helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone who requires a waste collection"

"We’ve been using Map Waste for our commercial bin collection for several years now, and I can honestly say they’ve been fantastic. From day one, they’ve been reliable, professional, and easy to deal with—everything you’d want from a waste collection service. Their team is always on time, collections happen exactly as scheduled, and we’ve never had a single issue. If we ever need anything—whether it's adjusting our collection frequency or asking about recycling options—they’re quick to respond and always helpful. The fact that they don’t charge rental fees for bins is also a huge plus. What really stands out is how effortless they make the whole process. Waste disposal is one of those things that you don’t want to have to think about, and thanks to Map Waste, we don’t have to. They just get the job done, no fuss, no missed collections, no headaches. It’s rare to find a company that’s this consistently good, but Map Waste has never let us down. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-nonsense waste collection service, I’d highly recommend them."

"Never used their service but they come and collect the bins from the block of flats in town. Over 8 months ago a place called Thai restaurant opened up in town and they use map waste as their disposal service. The man coming to collect the bins is always putting the bin which blocks the fire escape and causing hazard to the residents. When spoken to in return was met with ignorance and arrogant behaviour. Made a complaint to map waste team only to get told that it's a family owned business and it's the husband who is the driver to the lady on the phone (Vicky). Absolutely disrespectful and don't follow guidelines when entering property. After the complaint they had the cheek to ask me to move the car and give them access to the gates when it was never an issue. Videos and pictures to prove it all. Ps 11th Feb 2025 They refuse to offer the service to the shop and put the blame on the residents for being aggressive being challenged with evidence and proof. SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE!! Google don't let me upload the videos, which shows the driver being aggressive, the phone call to vicky with myself and the phone call from vicky to the restaurant talking lies! Good customer service, humanity, respect for the community is not the case with MAPWASTE unless your a customer from their approach!!"
