LRBS

"This is the second time we've used Jim and his team for repair work on old and new homes. They have done a thorough and professional repair work on cracking walls due to seasonal heave and lintel repair work. The service and communication from beginning to end has been excellent. Special mention to Lloyd and Cal who have done excellent work and left the site clean and tidy."

"Jim and his team have done a few pieces of work for us over the past few years. Extremely professional, work done to an extremely high standard and fair with prices - we could not fault anything LRBS have done. Would definitely recommend and will use again without hesitation."

"From the start I was impressed with Jim’s honesty. When he did my survey there was some work I was sure needed doing, but he put my mind at rest that it was fine, saving me a lot of money. I ended up having the bottom 2 courses of bricks at the front replaced, a window sill repaired and a garden wall partially rebuilt and strengthened. The quality of the work on all of it was excellent. Jim’s a decent guy and the people who work for him are skilled tradesmen who produce excellent results, I couldn’t have asked for more."

"LRBS came out to assess a crack in the ceiling of a property I was buying. Jim’s detailed report and findings highlighted the absence of external lintels. His experience enabled me to negotiate with the sellers. Work happened within a month of moving in. Sean and Joe who carried out the work were helpful, friendly and talked me through what they were doing and how it would stabilise the building. They were very professional and although there were challenges the work was done efficiently. I was amazed that it was not as impactful as I thought. They were constantly cleaning and tidying up. They were all amazing so would highly recommend. Thank you all."

"I contacted Jim to repair a bay window that was slowly but surely detaching from my first floor bedroom. He was really friendly and helpful, helped me to understand what caused the issue and offered the best solution to preserve the brickwork of my house. Jim and Sean then dealt with the repairs, being very transparent with their process, calling me everyday to keep me in the loop and were very respectful of my property. They did a great job and I feel a lot more confident moving forward, that bay window isn't going anywhere! They even offered to deal with some cracks above my garage door. Highly recommended, I would call them back in a heartbeat if I have more work to be done in the future. Merci beaucoup ! Alex"
