"Popped over to get an estimate and was asked to text across some measurements for an estimate, so I did. Waited about 4 or 5 days for a reply - nothing. So I rang and was told I'll get a reply soon. Few more days went by - nothing. Text again - nothing. How long does it take to get an estimate done? Or even a text to say "I've not forgotten you"... (Or "We're too busy go elsewhere") Useless! If you don't want or need the work maybe just say - it is honestly a lot easier. I won't be upset, promise. At least I don't have to keep waiting like a dog for a bone. Customer service is always key in any business so I suggest you get it sorted. Without customers you literally have no business."
