Kettell Windows

"I am delighted with the work of Kettell Windows. I had my old sash windows from a Victorian terrace removed. They came and gave a thorough survey and quote, helping me think through the window design and spotting potential snags in advance. I cannot fault Ben and Lisa for their professional work. They were great with communication and handled all the work without me being on site. The job was on a tight schedule but Kettell were able to go the extra mile and get it all done on time, which was much appreciated. The final product is even better than I had hoped for and all debris was cleared and the house left spotless. I would strongly recommend them for further work. Not to mention the great finance options they offer!"

"It doesn’t seem long ago that I was dreaming about new doors for our kitchen area. I’d seen a few styles that I liked and had an idea of the look I wanted, and thanks to Google, I found Kettell’s Windows. I’m so glad I did! John came out to have a look and was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful from the start. We then visited the showroom where Lisa was waiting for us; she was absolutely lovely and made the whole process feel easy and exciting. We wanted Crittall style in Pebble Grey - John had already prepared quotes and a few options for us to look at when we went to the showroom. In the end we went ahead with two sets of the Origin SoHo doors, and have absolutely no regrets. The fitters, Andy and Ryan, have done a cracking job, and the end result is truly stunning. We couldn’t be happier - and they are even better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much to the whole team at Kettell’s Windows!"

"Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Lisa was amazing & explained in depth about the doors in the showroom. We had a front & back door fitted. The fitters did an amazing job, especially the fitter who fitted our front door as he faced a lot of challenges in our property. The end result is amazing, perfect fitting. Both fitters cleaned up and left the place spotless, very satisfied."

"After having a bad experience with another company & losing our deposit we had a great experience with Kettle windows. We visited the showroom & were very reassured speaking to John & Lisa. They were both friendly & experienced & gave us good advice. After that first visit all the staff in the office were great to deal with. The fitters were amazing & did a great job & were very tidy & good to get along with. The doors & windows are of excellent quality & we are really pleased we used Kettle windows & would certainly recommend to anyone. Thanks to all at Kettle windows."

"Returning customers to Kettell for a replacement door and windows in the sunroom. Another seamless process from measuring up to installation. We are absolutely made up with our new Aluco door and windows, they make such a big impact and work really well as a contrast to the existing cottage features. Will is an absolute trooper and worked so hard throughout, with Jack’s support aswell they both deserve a big shout out. So thankyou very much your hard work is very much appreciated."
