Joyful Carpentry

"I had the awkward job of getting the legs off a vintage teak sideboard in my first floor flat so that it would fit down the tight staircase, to be reattached in the hallway ready for our house move. Ibrahim was quick, professional and conscientious, and charges very reasonable rates. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to others."

"Delighted with my bookshelf, excellent craftsmanship, it looks like new! Pleasant polite gentleman with reasonable rates, good correspondence and prompt professional service. I will definitely be using Ibrihim for my next wood project! C Newbury"

"I recently hired this carpenter for a job and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation through to completion, they were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The quality of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a clear commitment to doing the job properly. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and left the work area clean and tidy when finished. The final result exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced carpenter. I will definitely be using them again for future projects."

"Joyful Carpentey recently fitted five internal doors in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, professional, friendly, reliable, and offered excellent value for money. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and he completed the job to a very high standard. He was also incredibly patient and accommodating, managing to work around my two teenage children, who can be a handful at times! I would highly recommend Abraham to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy carpenter. I’ll definitely be using him for all future work in my home."

"Excellent - Ibrahim did several jobs for me and was brilliant. You can definitely tell when you get someone who is a professional and not just a ‘handyman’. He did a brilliant job of fixing my garden gate, adding new locks and sorting the bottom so it didn’t catch on the floor anymore. He made me a bespoke drain cover with a top that holds the bucket under the outside tap, really lovely work. He also removed rotting wood on my patio window frame and patched it for me, fixed a cupboard door and replaced a baseboard under a warped unit. He was friendly and professional, happy to answer questions and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and cleared up afterwards. Such a relief to get these jobs done. I will be using Joyful Carpentry again."
