Inspect Property Ltd

"Rajesh was instructed to value my home as part of my divorce proceedings. Prior to his visit, I spoke with him over the phone and explained my situation. From the very beginning, Rajesh put me completely at ease during what was an incredibly stressful and emotional process. I cannot express how grateful I am that he was the surveyor appointed to carry out the valuation. Upon arrival, Rajesh was professional, respectful, and considerate of both my home and my circumstances. As a woman living alone, I naturally felt quite anxious beforehand, however Rajesh immediately made me feel safe, comfortable, and reassured. I found Rajesh to be honest, fair, and highly efficient in his work. He carried out the valuation with minimal disruption and treated my home with great respect throughout. His report was completed promptly and was both detailed and informative. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that I would not hesitate to use Rajesh’s services again in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a professional, compassionate, and trustworthy surveyor."
