"My 91 year old mother had her loft insulated and back boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch combi under the Government grant scheme this week. First contact was with Dean who was very friendly and helpful and set up the survey to be done by Ideal Heating who sent a very polite young man promptly to do this. Within 2 weeks the work was approved AND completed. Jay was very polite and helpful with the many questions I asked beforehand explaining how the job would be completely done over 2 days. The two teams that came were all extremely polite and courteous to my mother. There was minimal disruption and they left the house so tidy. You wouldn't know they had been and done such a big job. I would highly recommend this company."
