Howdens - Leicester

"Two years ago, I ordered my kitchen along with the appliances, which were effectively foisted on me by a designer who was rather poor at his job. He was more of a shrewd salesman. Right from the start, there were two major mistakes: I received the wrong tap – not the one I’d ordered – and the wrong sink. I eventually wrested the tap back from them, literally. After less than two years, the washing machine broke down (a Lemona – the worst piece of rubbish I’ve ever been sold). The appliance is under warranty, but I’ve been waiting over a week for a replacement. The service manager at this branch isn’t interested in a quick replacement; I’m hitting a brick wall, as I’m told they haven’t received authorisation from head office, though the engineer informed me it would take a week. I am very dissatisfied and, from my perspective, I do not recommend this place. Very poor service."

"Great customer service helping to procure parts for a tap under warranty. Thank you Rey"

"Ashleigh was amazing, really helpful, she helped us make our mind up on colour of units and work tops and their own Lamona appliances. Thanks a million for your time Ashleigh."
