Customer Reviews
"Very nice service.I always go there and get the items which we required in very good price."
"Excellent service and very reliable. Found the parts I needed easily and the staff were friendly. 5 stars."
"They offer a wide selection of plumbing parts and tools, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and provided helpful advice, which really made a difference. Prices are competitive, and I appreciated the discounts on bulk purchases. Highly recommend this shop for both pros and DIYers!"
"Always buy my spares from HBS. They send out next day delivery for a small cost and the parts are always checked before sending out. Never had a faulty part from them. Price is good, parts are clean and they always help you if you need technical advise. Both husband and wife team have a warm attitude and are always willing to help. I'm from Coventry but always buy from Leicester because of the brilliant service and parts availability. Thank you guys."
"Amazing experience of dealing with these guys. Needed a pump head for my old BIASI boiler (2013) and an automatic air vent as well as the capacitor that fits on top. Ordered from these guys (dealt with Himmat and Mandeep) and it was an absolute pleasure. They were both exceptionally polite and helpful. Parts ordered and being delivered overnight for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this Company for boiler spare parts and first class customer service."
