"Anthony from Halford Jones was my architecture,Anthony was very proffessional and paid attention to what i wanted and how i wanted it. When we were ready to apply for a planning permission we got Anthony from Halford Jones refered to us, he got in contact with us and came to view our house giving us his opinion on what we wanted and what could be accepted by Leicester City Council planning permission team. As someone who have worked in the industry for long it was very profitable that he guided us into what would work and what would not. From the initial drawings to going back and forth with changes Anthony was vey proffessional and considered all our needs. When we submitted the planning permission request to the council we were told to act on other things before they could look at our planning permission request. Anthony was very helpful by refering us to proffessionals that could cut our tree and a BAT surveyer as this was a request from the Leicester City Council planning permission. Our planning permission was accepted after the completed requests and although it took a few weeks for the council to get back to us Anthony would always chase on the planning permission progress from the council. The council requested for an ammendment from the drawings we had initially sent and in the ammendments the council was cutting down a whole chunk of the extension but again with his expertise Anthony managed to restructure the planning permission proposal in a way that made us not loose a lot of building space.The council accepeted his revised drawing and even though it took a lot of back and forth with the council Anthony was very proffessional and my proved his expertise. After the planning permission was granted, Anthony continued to help with other bits that were required even assisting in recommending trusted builder etc to us.We had to complete a survey with seven trent to move a drained and Anthony assisted with all this, sending email to and fro. I would work with Anthony again for our next project because his proffessionalism and expertise is second to none. Thank you so much Anthony from Halford Jones."
