Glenn’s Property Renovations

"DO NOT USE! Everything Glenn has fit has gone wrong. I have held off leaving a review in so long as anticipate a nasty message from Glenn (have received previously following an attempt to resolve an issue) I am out of pocket thousands. Things that have gone wrong: - 2 of 2 sinks leaked. - Dishwasher was fit incorrectly so didn’t open with plinth. -Shower blocked with something in pipe and exploded. -Windows ordered wrong way so fit upside down. -Door fit wonky had to call door company to repair. - Floor and wall (microcement) Glen said he could do but both cracked and needed repairing out my pocket with no reimbursement for initial materials. - wrong type of underfloor heating for for the floor causing serious damage and u save electrics - no guarantee or warranty for any items that he purchased, no receipt either - Glen also helped himself to my items in garden and damaged hose and other miscellaneous tools. And to further demonstrate Glens mannerisms he continuously criticised other customers for living in Rothley as he was unhappy paying an extra hour for his daughters after school club. He just slags off everyone, the companies he orders from and other customers. Only apology I got was from the guy who helped him who seemed to genuinely care about his work. Just steer clear. Really unhappy tried to go local but never will again."

"Absolutely amazing! Glen and his men worked really hard and did an amazing job knocking out fire place and making an internal room bigger. Will definitely use him again in the future."

"Glenn's renovations is one of the best builders I have come across in my experience over the years. He is honest and trustworthy, he will always advise you on how to keep costs low and advise you of the best way to get around things with renovation a property. He gets on with the work, they don't stop there, they will make time to do it the proper way, without taking any short cuts, they even do other bits around the property when they find the time. Glenn takes his time and follows the process, does not rush the job and quality and results speaks for themselves. I would 100% use Glenn's renovations and 100% recommend his business to anyone who is looking for any kind of building / renovation work. Clean, tidy, honest, reasonably priced, trust worthy, respectful and reliable."

"We reached out to Glenn's Property Renovations based on the great reviews that they have had and i'll be adding to their number. Glenn and team worked on converting our hallway in to a downstairs W/C and all I can say was their professionalism and craftmanship was second to none. Glenn went above and beyond to meet our wishes performing extra tasks that we added past the original scope with no hassle at all, he even put in extra time (cancelling his weekend trip) to finish the job to his extremely high standards and kept us well informed every step of the way. Myself and my family are extatic with the results and we will be using Glenn again in the near future. I highly recommend, thank you :)!!!!!!!"

"Glenn has transformed the kitchen, he was incredibly patient with me changing the scope of works and has executed the desired works with good communication and to a high standard and in his given timeframe. Great communication throughout as he oversaw the project. Highly recommend"
