DLT Roofing Limited

"From the recommendation from a friend the whole experience was extremely positive. Everything was explained in detail and communication via email was excellent. The job was carried out within a very short time and all was explained to me very carefully along the way. Efficiency and communication was the key."

"From quote to completion, Dave and his team on site were brilliant. Dave came out and assessed our flat roof and gave us some options on what we do could within our budget and risk of future issues. We went for a liquid rubber system, that offered excellent coverage and guarantee. We had a previous glass-reinforced fibre product (GRP), which after 3 years due to the movement of the house (we assume - had fractured somewhere, unseen), but water was leaking to the house when it rained. As it was impossible to know where the fractures where, the team Dave sent, carefully and diligently removed the old lead flashing, ground down any delamination and surplus areas, then applied the liquid rubber roofing system, with a base layer and 2 top costs. They also sealed around the sky lights and the edges ensuring a clean and tight seal, so no water could run over and seap in. Finally the coping stones had their mortar ground out and were resealed with a high performance silicone. All in all, great work from a friendly and hard working team, who kept us informed of all the steps and processes and completed to a high quality finish, which will last us years. (Not their fault, but the weather played its part to stop work, so team kept us up to date with the plan, and they returned to finish all stages and final steps). Thank you Dave and team!"

"Came highly recommended to us so. We’ve just had DLT roofing complete a reroof and repair of our swithland slate covered house, the whole experience was excellent arrived promptly, took the time to explain issues and problems found… also bringing solutions to issues. The communication stages of operations etc were fully explained. The guys who completed the work were polite and friendly. They left the site clean and tidy. Cannot find fault in any part of the job. Thank you regards Kev"

"DLT Roofing are fantastic. I had a leak in my roof that multiple companies couldn't identify and I reached out to the team at DLT who were professional, caring and friendly from start to finish. DLT Roofing provided me with a quote that covered all the potentials, explaining the breakdown of costs. The communication from Connie is excellent. On the day of the repair Dave very quickly identified the cause and explained what he would do to fix the issue. His knowledge and experience really puts this company above the rest. The following weekend it chucked it down, and I had a lovely dry roof space. A massive relief 😌 Honestly don't hesitate to reach out to this company; experienced, skilled, honest, reliable, with a genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend DLT Roofing."
