"Alan did a fantastic job repairing our patio doors. They had several issues, even though he wasn't the one who originally fitted them, but he quickly identified the problems and fixed everything to a high standard. He was professional, knowledgeable and took real pride in his work. The doors now open and close perfectly, and we're really pleased with the result. It's not always easy finding someone willing to repair work they didn't install, so we really appreciated Alan's expertise. Highly recommended!"

"Five stars simply aren't enough! From our very first interaction, it was clear that Custom Trade Systems Ltd has a genuine customer-first mindset. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Alan and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They recently fitted our double glazing windows and doors, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. A shout out to Fraser and Caylan too. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Alan has the patience of a saint and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we were completely happy every step of the way. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job. We are absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality windows and doors."

"We had major work carried out on our Victorian property - 6 windows replaced, of which 3 were original sash bays and the original front door. The work carried out by Alan and his team of Fraser, Lee and Kev was excellent - we can't recommend them and the quality of work highly enough. Fraser was here every day and is a true professional, taking great pride in his work - excellent attention to detail. Everything has been left spotless with no need for us to decorate. Lee, Kev and Alan were equally fastidious - the work by the whole team is so good you wouldn't know they had been here, apart from the house looking amazing. The windows are fantastic quality, as is the front door, and have really enhanced the look of the property - totally in keeping with the period - and the house is warm. A massive thank you to you all at Custom Trade Systems for an amazing job. Jan and Tim Shenton"

"Had my new front door fitted today and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial quotation through to the installation and follow-up, the service has been excellent. The price was very reasonable, the timelines were quick, and communication throughout was great. On the day of fitting there were a few curve balls due to how poorly the old door had been installed previously, but the fitter handled everything professionally and I trusted him completely. The end result is a beautiful new composite front door and a really high-quality finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."
