"I hired John – Clarendon Carpentry for a loft conversation. I found John, as he had undertaken a loft conversation a year earlier near to where I lived. "I used Dan Wagstaf. The work he does is absolutely outstanding.From the start to finish. He completed our loft conversion well within the timeframe. No hidden costs or fees. This has to be the best loft conversion company in Leicester by a long shot. My son loves his new bedroom now.Well happy"

"John and his team did a great job on our loft. No doubt about that. The issues occurred when it came to payment. John had clearly said we could have as many sockets in our main loft room. He even drew them out on the plans. At payment John wanted to add an extra £200. I explained our agreement and conversation around agreement on sockets. Then the games started. Started to mention about all the 'extra' work he had done for free. What extra work? There wasn't any. Then the extra over charges for a step and loft hatch all a bit pricy. After Agreement he even added a further £50 for a radiator. Would have needed to get the lawyers in to sort out. One of his excellent tradesman called Dan Wagstaff is now doing lofts on his own. I'd go with him if I was you. As good if not better and I've heard he's a lot cheaper too."
