"Matthew and his team recently replaced my conservatory roof and did a fantastic job. From the outset Matthew was very professional, provided very good advice and the quote that he provided was very reasonable. I previously had a polycarbonate roof and had been having lots of issues with leaks and the normal issues with thermal loss. Prior to this work I had paid to have some interior cladding added to the interior face of the roof with a small layer of insulating material. Although this solution was initially promising it very quickly resulted in similar leaking issues (which the cladding company could not resolve) and lots of condensation issues between the cladding and the roof itself. I therefore needed a more robust and permanent solution. The system that Matthew and has team have installed has now resolved all of these issues. The team did a fantastic job with a very high quality of finish. The work was all completed in 4 days and to a very high standard. I also had a box gutter which Matthew and the team replaced with a much more effective solution that I can now easily maintain. Overall I am very happy with the final result and can't recommend Charnwood Conservatoried enough. Matthew and his team were also a pleasure to have on site, were very hardworking and professional throughout and did a great job especially given the work was completed during the recent heatwave."

From handling initial enquiries, coming to quote and share advice, booking the work and ordering the materials, to being the person on the roof removing the old roof, fitting the new roof and then organising and chasing his plasterer and electrician sub contractors. This meant a lot to us that Matthew was involved in the whole process. He also contacted Charnwood Borough Council and arranged Building Regulations for us. Matthew is very knowledgeable, having previously been a roofer and works with a good attention to detail. He is friendly and professional and seeks to solve any issues that turn up. We're very pleased with our new conservatory roof and have noticed a lot less noise when it rains and manageable temperatures.
