He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with efficiency from the outset. He does business in a modern way which is not what I can say for all businesses who are often regimented in their approach. He went above and beyond at all times and when I required an additional product, he made it happen - in literally 3 days! Yamin doesn’t try and cut costs or corners, he sent his fitters multiple times when the products were ready on my request rather than altogether as most companies would. This greatly helped my project timelines. He uses the best fitters who also had excellent skill, competence and inspired confidence from the moment they arrived. Ash leads a great team and was a delight to have at my home. The glazing they supplied is simply the best and a game changer for my new extension. What I appreciated most was their constant availability and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I was ordering products in a lot tighter timescales than usual and they made it seem simple and communicated effectively over WhatsApp to answer all queries. That level of support is rare and made a huge difference in my overall experience. Even after install, they reach out to check how things are going - truly an example of how businesses should run. "Absolutely amazing work, we’ve lived in our property for over 2 years and were constantly getting quoted for over 10 grand and getting refused as they were bespoke windows, my good friend told me about Bay Windows and I thought to myself maybe this might be the chance we could get as we have struggled with draft from the old windows making the whole place cold and especially with a newborn, it was just awful! In total, the work took literally 2 days and I couldn’t be anymore happier, our flat had a new vibe to it and it feels like we’ve only moved in yesterday.
