"Poor service, a beam was designed by Arcelle to bear on my neighbours wall. My neighbour was obviously not keen on this solution. No consultation/communication was made with myself or my architect prior. Simple error maybe but when I queried the design I was told I would have to pay again to get it rectified/redesigned. I cut my loses and used a more reputable engineer."
