"Don't use this company if you want good relations with your neighbours. 2 lorries blocked the road as parked either side of the road and wouldn't move to let animal transporter through. Then abusive to a 78 year old woman. Disgusting"

"Have used another level scaffolding for approximately 10 years , always had great service from the team on site and good communication from the office. Even when we on site have missed something we needed they was soon there to help out and erect it, or adapt what we had. Keep up the great work."

"We have had scaffolding around our bungalow since 23rd April. The work done by two other companies requiring the scaffolding was completed on 3rd July. On 15th July (without any notice at all) Another Level turned up and took some of the scaffolding away promising to come back and remove the rest down the side of the bungalow and all around the back. After being told a few times that they were coming (but only if they had a truck in this area) and then cancelling, they arranged to come today and remove it completely. This morning my partner got up early to move our vehicles and then I received a call at 9.50am to say they’re not coming today as their truck has broken down and they will call when they have another date We have spent months living under this scaffolding - summer months - with difficulty getting around to the back door, having to walk sideways with any shopping bags and stepping off the path around the back to get to our back door. We are 69 and 70 years old respectively and this awkward manoeuvring has been challenging to say the least. Not to mention the dirty windows and mess from the roof in the tiny back garden that we can’t tackle yet. I feel like we are unimportant and can’t really complain as we are not actually paying for their services (social housing). I’ve been really reasonable every time we’ve either heard nothing or had a call with some reason as to why they can’t come. But today I am upset. So, I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their own money on this company and I shall be letting the housing association know about this lack of care on Another Level’s part."

I'm no builder but they took me through finding out what I needed quoted a price for the job, turned up when they said they were going to and took it down when they said they were going to. Excellent service! Thank you"

"Like to park very dangerously on a blind corner of a crossroads, on double yellow lines just to use a shop. Anyone Turing left from the main road could run head on to the HGV. The dubble yellow lines have been added to make the junction safer but the driver didn't give a dame. If they'd just parked 5 metres further back off the dubble yellow lines it would of been safer. Just dam laziness"
