"Alex is extremely professional, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and he consistently ensured all work was completed to a very high standard. What really stood out was his commitment to going above and beyond to meet deadlines without ever compromising on quality. I’m very happy to have used him for my business and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future."

"I employed Alex to build a two room extension to my home, which includes several disabled friendly features. The quality of the build is excellent, both inside and out. All aspects of the build have been carried out carefully and as required. The small number of issues that were raised as requiring additional work were dealt with effectively. The completed extension has met my needs and expectations. I am very pleased by the project."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Construction & Maintenance LTD for my loft conversion and extension, along with internal renovation, and I must say, their professionalism and quality of workmanship were absolutely outstanding. From the outset, the team at Alex Construction displayed an exceptional attitude towards their work and their customers, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out for me was the lively and friendly nature of the staff. Not only were they highly skilled in their craft, but they were also approachable and accommodating to my needs and preferences. This level of customer service is rare in the construction industry and was very much appreciated. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality of work exceeded my expectations. The loft conversion, extension, and renovation were completed on time, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The team’s expertise and dedication were evident in every aspect of their work. I would highly recommend Alex Construction & Maintenance LTD to anyone looking for top-notch construction services. Their blend of professional workmanship and a positive, customer-focused attitude makes them a standout choice in the field."

"Most of the images on Alex C & M Construction is from my house. Our experience of this man in brief has been terrible in all respects. His workmanship is far from any professional. He has done nothing in our house that we did not have to redo. Not even one floor was flat, in one 3 meter X 4 meter room there was 5 centimetre difference in the floor level. He may pretend he is professional but we can not point to even one thing that he has don correctly. The brand new roof was leaking from several points after couple of weeks. The roof consisting of one large pitch roof and two flat roof completely was removed and redone as shown in one picture. None of the floors are level and it had to be redone at great cost. Even the mains water connection he made we discovered is leaking after casing damage. We had to get the Severn Trent Water to find the leak, look at the image attached. If you have any doubt ask him to show you the house he used these beams. If you work with this man your project will cost you 3 times of what it should be. I have to also mention that he will use all sort of tricks to get you pay for the work that he will not deliver. He will rub you from the work, material and your funds. I am loading few picture of his work when the new builders start rectifying the mess he created. Avoid this conman."

"I had a problem with a near collapse ceiling at my flat and alex team did a great job from start to finish. His price is very reasonable and communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend."
