"Our self build journey has been long and complex, and not without its challenges, and we have only just started construction the actual house!! However having been recommended ADM, the complicated twists and turns as we have finalised our plans have been been made much easier. The team from ADM have been supportive throughout and displayed the key skill sets to turn ideas into practical plans. Thanks ADM, thoroughly recommended."

"Steve and Team at ADM surveyors have managed our recent kitchen extension and garage conversion, from technical drawings to obtaining planning and building regs, going to tender, sourcing the builders and site management. ADM were expert advisors throughout the process offering independent advice and points of view, they identified key areas of savings in the project and helped the project come in on time and under budget. We held monthly meetings with ADM and the builders and any issues arising were promptly addressed, they gave me peace of mind on the valuations and I would highly recommend their services."

"We have been working with ADM Surveyors for over 10 years now. They are thorough, professional, personable, easy to reach on the phone, and always happy to help and answer questions. They have obtained planning (often tricky and complex) for us on numerous projects, and are quick to make positive alternative recommendations. We are currently working with them across projects within Leicestershire, and are more than confident of a successful outcome. We have recently worked closely with Steven and Tom, who have been vital to each project we have undertaken. We thoroughly recommend ADM Surveyors for any projects - small or large, complex or otherwise - they always get the job done."
